Your order will ship out within 4 business days of the time it is placed. We often get orders out next-day but there are times when it may take up to 4. If you have any questions about your particular order, please use our Contact page and provide us with your Order Number.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order has been shipped you will recieve a shipping confirmation e-mail. This confirmation will include a tracking number for your order! (Please Note that International orders will not be provided with tracking)

We use the United States Postal Service for 90% of our orders including international orders. Orders are shipped First Class and Priority mail which can take between 2 and 8 days from time shipped. We ship all international orders via USPS First Class International Mail. Please note that international orders typically take 8-15 days to arrive and USPS does not provide order tracking for international orders.

You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you.
We will exchange any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
